Welcome reception and congress

This was a photographic coverage of a two day conference and meeting event taking place at Kolbe Hotel. Where we started with the welcome reception taking pictures of some of the well displayed foods. Then photographing the attendees at the bar as they arrived and mingled. The congress photos took place the following day in the conference hall. Where speakers alternated their presentations. Taking pictures of the guests listening and the speakers. Including the coffee breaks as guests interacted. And ending the photography service outside with the final group photo in the garden.

A 2 day event in Rome

Starting with stage presentations and discussions taking place at the NH Vittorio Veneto Hotel Rome Meeting and Events. Taking professional pictures of the stage, the different speakers and the audience. Then following smaller groups for more in depth in discussions and focus groups. Using a documentary style photography technique to follow the events as they took place in different locations.
From the Cinecitta’ studios tour which included a vespa ride around the area and a guided tour of the premises. Ending the day with a nice dinner at the Cafè Cinecittà Winter Garden restaurant.
Continuing on the next day with a visit at the Luissen Labs for a Start up presentation. Finishing up the conference photography with some more photos taken at the NH Hotel meeting and events.

World Retail in Rome

Professional congress photography service following the 3 day World Retail event taking place in Rome Italy in 2015. Photographing the stage, the speakers and the key moments of all the events taking place in Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria. One of the best Hotel in Italy and in Europe to organize such large scale event with superior meeting rooms and stages. A stunning terrace with a beautiful view over the city to host the Gala dinner. The International Conference also took place in other venues such as the Bulgari Flaship Store in Via Condotti. Taking pictures of interviews and networking. Stand and products. Ending with the extraordinary award presentation followed by a unique Gala dinner with many guests and speakers. As well as musicians and special effects!

Birthday Party at Casina Valadier

An extraordinary event with photography celebrating a birthday party with a one in a kind Gala dinner event taking place at Casina Valadier in Rome Italy. A real photography studio was set up at the base of the stairs leading inside the restaurant. So as to have the guests take pictures with the birthday host in a red carpet setting. Then guests were lead to the inside refreshments and drinks where a second photographer was working to cover the even with a photo journalism approach.
A little later we moved to the upstairs room which has a sweeping view over the city of Rome at sunset. Then the gala dinner began with the photography followed by speeches and toasts. After dinner we headed in the courtyard where a classical music concert with exclusive performers was waiting to start. With two sopranos singing followed by a young band of violinists. Then the gran finale with the birthday cake and the fireworks! Followed by a buffet of dessert, magicians, fortune tellers and other fun activities! A trumpet player concluded the festivity playing music as the guests were heading home at the end of the night.

New York University Business school event

Congress photography taking place at the Centro Studi Americani in Rome Italy. Where a stage was set to host different speakers in a most scenic location among ancient buildings and statues. The conference then changed to a more intimate talk on stage between key speakers such as the Dean of NYU business school with the event conclusion set at the Minerva roof garden restaurant. With the end of the day Gala Dinner sent in a terrace with a stunning view over the roman rooftops at night.
