A confirmation or declination email will follow after we have verified details, feasibility and deposit payment. Should the transfer not be possible for whatever reason, a full immediate deposit payment refund will be send to you. Booking: A 20% deposit is required to complete booking. Deposit can be paid by credit card via PayPal or Stripe. Balance: The remaining 80% can be paid in either EURO cash or by credit card in the car on the day. Cancellation: Refunding the 90% of the deposit payment is possible up to 30 days before the date of service. After this time the deposit payment becomes non refundable to cover loss of business and driver’s personal arrangements to uphold your reservation. If the transfer is booked less than 1 month away from the date of service, 90% of the deposit payment is refundable within the first 3 days. If the transfer is booked less than 1 week away from the date of service, the deposit payment is non refundable. In case of tours which entail the planning of an itinerary, the deposit payment is non refundable if the canceling request arrives after this service has been rendered. Holidays 20% surcharge will be applied after bookings confirmation for national holidays such as January 1st, Easter, August 15th, December 25th and 26th
